Packaged Cooling Systems

Delta manufactures Packaged Cooling Systems for a wide range of applications. These systems are designed and manufactured to allow simple installation at a customer site. Typically, installation of these systems requires only external piping and electrical power connections.

Models

DS - Delta Dry System - Air Cooled Fluid Cooler with Pumping Skid including Pumps, Control Panel, Pre-Wiring of skid components to Panel, piping complete on skid and other options appropriate for application. The advantages of this system are not requiring make-up water and water treatment associated with open cooling systems.

ES - Delta Evaporative System - Cooling Tower with Pumping Skid including Pumps, Control Panel, Pre-Wiring of skid components to Panel, piping complete on skid and other options appropriate for application. A Plate and Frame Heat Exchanger is added when a closed loop on the process side of the Heat Exchanger is required. The advantages of this system are it is the most energy efficient (lowest operating cost) and lower first cost.

ESC - Delta Evaporative System Closed - Closed Circuit Evaporative Fluid Cooler with Pumping Skid including Pumps, Control Panel, Pre-Wiring of skid components to Panel, piping complete on skid and other options appropriate for application. This system has the advantage of less space on the pump skid since the coil serving as the Heat Exchanger is in the outdoor Fluid Cooler.

PTS – Delta Pump Tank System – Skid mounted storage tank including Pumps, Control Panel, Pre-wiring of skid components to Panel, piping complete on skid and other options tailored to application.  Delta manufacturers storage tanks in High-Density Polyethylene, steel or stainless steel and can provide multiple Pump Tank Systems.
